Founder & CEO

Amber Harden is the Founder and CEO of Amber & Co. Events, a company born from her passion for organization, celebration, and creating unforgettable memories. 

A dynamic leader with a boss mentality and a heart for people, Amber hails from Baltimore, MD and brings a unique blend of confidence, compassion, and precision to the event world. She doesn’t just plan events—she creates experiences that reflect each client’s vision, story, and style. 

Armed with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Amber is skilled at connecting deeply with others, managing complex details, and fostering calm in high-pressure moments. She has dedicated her career to serving underserved communities across the country as a travel social worker, specializing in women’s and children’s health, racial justice, and community empowerment. Her compassionate, strength-based approach adds a meaningful layer to every event she touches—ensuring not only flawless execution, but also lasting impact. 

Amber is known for her sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead with both confidence and care. She’s a team player, a problem solver, and an overall people person whose calming presence instantly puts clients at ease. Whether she’s building timelines, coordinating vendors, or bringing a vision to life, Amber approaches every detail with professionalism and heart.
